MEET OUR TEAM – New Hire EdgeUp Advisor, Ryan Minyo

B&A Genetics is very excited to announce our newest EdgeUp Advisor, hailing from Mount Gilead, Ohio, Ryan Minyo.

He will be assisting growers on getting an EdgeUp on their farms, focusing on the central Ohio region. Being on the farm is nothing new to Ryan, with his dad being a farm broadcaster and his uncle being a plot researcher at Ohio State, most of his family’s conversations have to do with agriculture one way or another.

Ryan graduated from Ohio State University this past December. He completed his degree in Agribusiness Management and Applied Economics, with a minor in Fisheries and Wildlife Management.

When Ryan isn’t assisting growers, he enjoys scouting and hunting, he is a competitive trap shooter, having awards like, the three-time All American and seven-time All Ohio team member!

We are very excited to see what Ryan can bring to our team!
