Matt Bixler
Family
I have two children, Caleb and Hannah. My son Caleb and daughter Hannah are both active in basketball, baseball and 4-H.
Agricultural background
I grew up on a cow/calf operation, and was involved in 4-H and FFA. I graduated from Purdue University, and obtained Monsanto agronomic training.
Farming operation
Located in Indiana in southwestern Owen County, we grow corn and soybeans with a 200 head cow/calf operation.
The dream
It has been a long-time goal of mine to create a company that is customer-driven, simple, and fun to do business with.
Gregg Adams
Family
I’m married to Dawn, and we have four children: Alyssa, Nicklaus, Grant and Makenna. All of the kids are active in sports, school activities, church groups and 4-H.
Agricultural background
I grew up on livestock and grain farm in Mercer County, Ohio, and have been involved in farming for several years. I started in the seed business in 2002, have been through several agronomy and genetic courses with Monsanto and Purdue university, along with other training opportunities over the years.
Farming operation
Located six miles west of Celina, Ohio in Mercer County, we as a family grow corn and beans. We also have a 4,000 head pig nursery and a 7,500 head hog finishing operation.
The dream
It’s been a goal of mine ever since starting in this business to own a seed company that is specifically geared toward serving the customers in our territory. By knowing many of the specific needs associated with this area, this is an advantage in product selection. I also want our entire customer base to have direct contact with me and Matt to build relationships that go far beyond just seed and stay connected to the farms we serve.
